Kraft Apt
| Notes Listed in the 1910 Kattowitz address book as owner of a Weiss- und Wallwaren business at Friedrichsplatz 13 and living at Rueppellstrasse 1. The 1914 address book lists him as the owner of a business trading under the name of the widow A. Gruenthals in Friedrichsplatz and still living at Rueppellstrasse 1. Extract from the 1914 Kattowitz address book The 1934 Upper Silesia telephone book lists him at 3 Maja 18, his father-in-law David Cwiklitzer's residence. Ul. 3 Maja was formerly Grundmannstrasse and according to the 1914 Kattowitz address book, his previous address, Rueppellstrasse 1, was probably the same building. Killed by Nazis. Kaethe Danziger (geb. Halberstaedter) does not state his given name him but says that Lucie Czwiklitzer married an Apt. Among Yad Vashem testimonials which mention him, one identifies him and Lucie Czwiklitzer as the parents of Erna Apt, and another identifies him as a brother of Siegfried and son of Markus and Linna, as well as the husband of Lucie.
