Jenni was murdered by the Nazi regime. She was deported from Berlin to Theresienstadt concentration camp on 04/09/1942. Sources give differing accounts of what happened next: she died at Theresienstadt concentration camp or was transported from there on 29/09/1942 to Treblinka extermination camp or else to Minsk. It seems most likely that she was sent to Treblinka extermination camp as sources for this destination give a date for the transportation. The authorities seem to have been in a hurry to move her out of Theresienstadt concentration camp, within 4 weeks of her arrival, and the other recorded outcomes may reflect alternative plans that did not come to fruition.
