Jenni was murdered by the Nazi regime. She was deported from Berlin to Theresienstadt concentration camp on 04.09.1942. Sources give differing accounts of what happened next: she died at Theresienstadt concentration camp or was transported from there on 29.09.1942 to Treblinka extermination camp or else to Minsk. It seems most likely that she was sent to Treblinka extermination camp as sources for this destination give a date for the transportation. The authorities seem to have been in a hurry to move her out of Theresienstadt concentration camp, within 4 weeks of her arrival, and the other recorded outcomes may reflect alternative plans that did not come to fruition.
