According to Nothmann Family Collection, 1978, both Pine Nothmann and Rahel Nothmann were married to a Salomon Cohn; Friedrich Nothmann also gives Pine's married name as Kohn. It is likely that Salomon was married first to Pine and then married her younger sister following Pine's death in 1850.
