Notes

Some of Salo's siblings were born in Keltsch. Salo is likely to be the widowed Salo Nothmann born in Keltsch on 24/01/1868 who is recorded among the Gleiwitz residence cards, and who was deported to Auschwitz concentration camp on 20/05/1942.

muzeumzabrze.pl concurs with this identification, gives his date of birth and identifies his wife.

The 1939 census of Gleiwitz lists him at the same address as his daughter Hildegard and her husband Siegfried Bobrowsky. His penultimate address on his Gleiwitz residence card is "bei Bobrowsky".
