The first member of this family to take the surname Brandt. Witnessed the marriage of Nathan Lewin and Rosalie Schein using the name Nathan Ehrlich genannt Brandt. His is named as "Nathan Ehrlich auch Brandt" in daughter Johanna's 1884 marriage certificate.
