Eva's place of death is given in her son Loebel's death certificate.

Her relationship to other members of the Gassmann family is unknown, but the fact that her granddaughter Elly's 1921 marriage was witnessed by a Max Nothmann of Kattowitz gives a tantalising hint of a relationship. Max was 62 years, so born 1858-59, and is presumably this one. Another glimpse comes from her daughter Johanna's 1884 marriage which was witnessed by Salomon Ferdinand Apt, himself the son of one of "my" Gassmann family.
