According to BPP, a descendant of Martin Pick his wife Selma died in childbirth in 1914.
muzeumzabrze.pl has an article about Martin, derived in part at least from information given by BPP, a descendant of Martin Pick. This gives his date of birth as 25/01/1879 and names both Selma geb. Brauer and Lena geb. Brandt as his wives. Martin appears (with a date of birth in 1878) in the Breslau synagogue community address list (ca 1930) at Friedrich Wilhelmstrasse 56, an address he was sharing with a Helene Pick geb. Brandt born 05/04/1893 who is described as "Ehefr" (wife). Martin is described here as a tailor. Quellen Zur Geschichte Der Juden In Polnischen Archiven gives his date and place of birth as 25/01/1879 in Bitschin and his last residence as Breslau. Yad Vashem, citing Memorial book "Victims of the Persecution of Jews under the National Socialist Tyranny in Germany 1933 - 1945", records his birth on 25/01/1879 in Bitschin, his deportation from Breslau to Auschwitz concentration camp on 04/03/1943 and his death the following day.
