Hermann and Alma lived in Breslau at Glogauerstrasse 27 in ca 1930; the family is listed at Augustastrasse 53, III in the 1939 census of Breslau.

Hermann and Alma were deported from Breslau to Auschwitz concentration camp on 04/03/1943 along with children Bernhard and Edith.

The Breslau synagogue community address list (ca 1930) and his daughter's testimonial give his date of birth as 23/12/1866; German Federal records give 23/10/1866.
