Hermann and Alma were deported from Breslau to Auschwitz concentration camp on 04.03.1943 along with children Bernhard and Edith.

The Breslau synagogue community address list (ca 1930 ) and his daughter's testimonial give his date of birth as 23.12.1866; German Federal records give 23.10.1866.
