She is named (including her surname) as the mother of Marcus Bernhard (born 1819) and the short-lived Reuben Levy (September - October 1824). Her surname is spelt in the JRI-Poland transcriptions variously as LEVY, LOEWI and LEWIN. All the records in which she appears identify her husband as Rabbi Israel Joachim Pinczower and place the family in Langendorf.

I suspect that she died during or shortly after the birth of Reuben Levy in 1824. The record of the death of the rabbi's wife in 1844 gives her surname as Schweriner rather than any variation on Levy, indicating that by then the rabbi had re-married. That Reuben was given his mother's maiden may also indicate her posthumous remembrance.
