Almost certainly the Arnold Steigmann advertising his dental surgery at Grundmannstrasse 10 in the 1910 Kattowitz address book (page 5/30). A person of the same name and profession was living in Breslau at Graebschenerstrasse 45 in ca 1930 and is listed at the same address in the 1935 Breslau address book. He was invoiced in 1932 for the maintenance of the grave of Paula Rosenberg, the latter being his mother's name following her second marriage.
