The record of Jettel's 1862 marriage notes that her first husband, Singer, is deceased. However JRI-Poland records the births of children born to her by her future second husband in 1852, 1854 and 1857 and notes that two of them were legitimised by their marriage in 1862, so it is assumed (charitably) that Abraham had died before 1852.
