Alfred is listed in the Breslau synagogue community address list (ca 1930) at Friebestrasse 6, along with Ernestine; it is likely that he is her son. This is confirmed by a descendant of Leo who describes how Alfred and his wife Paul became Leo's adoptive parents. All three are buried in El Salvador.
