The name Max does not appear on either Samuel's marriage or death certificate; however the Gleiwitz residence card identifies Max Juliusberger as being born on the same day and in the same town as Samuel; if they are not the same person they were probably twins.

Samuel's death is also noted on his marriage certificate.
