Edith Karliner
| Notes According to a testimonial at Yad Vashem, Edith was born in Peiskretscham, her parents were Silvius and Anita, and she was "taken away" in 1942; she is numbered among the victims of the Shoah. Another record at Yad Vashem, listing Jews deported from the Magdeburg region, includes an Edith S Karliner, single, born in Peiskretscham on 22.02.1924; it seems likely that these two records relate to the same person. In this case, her biological mother would probably have have been Gertrud geb. Bloch. Edith was deported from Magdeburg on 13.07.1942; the destination is not given.
