Nickel and Rickel lived in Breslau at Moritzstrasse 13. Rickel's death certificate gives her surname as Markiewicz and her address as Brandenburger 13. The Breslau synagogue community address list (ca 1930) gives her surname as Markiewitz and also lists a Nathan Markiewitz at the same address; I assume this is her husband.

Rickel was a widow when she died in 1938, so Nathan must have died between about 1930 and 1938.
