Yad Vashem has a testimonial to an Adolf Koplowitz born 03/03/1867 in Alt-Tarnowitz which names his parents as Moritz and Minna; it says he was married to Ema. Another testimonial by the same author gives Minna's maiden name as Kohen (transliterated from the Hebrew); it also gives her date of birth as 15/07/1873.

Apart from the dates of birth, these details all appear to correspond to this Adolf and his parents (Adolf's father's second wife, Adolf's step-mother, was Minna Cohn). The dates of birth from Alfred's and Minna's marriage certificates differ from those given in the testimonial, but both sources agree that Minna was considerably younger than Moritz.
