Yad Vashem's record of his deportation from Gleiwitz to Auschwitz concentration camp on 28.05.1942 gives his date and place of birth. All the other records of Koplowitz births in the same place that I've found are children of Samuel and Emma, so it is likely that these are Julius's parents.
