Leo was a lawyer and notary. He emigrated to England, living initially in a multiple-occupancy property in Upper Berkeley Street, St. Marylebone, London and was briefly interned as an enemy alien. The death of a Leo Koplowitz of the right age (77 years) was registered in Pancras, London in 1961.
