Named on her husband's death certificate, her daughter Anna's death certificate and her daughter Clara's marriage certificate as Bianka, but on Clara's death certificate as Selma.

A Selma Bial geb. Siegheim also bore a child, Arthur Oscar, to her husband Dr Malwin Bial in Striegau in 1877. Dr Malwin Bial was a witness to Clara's marriage. I suspect there is confusion between sisters Selma and Bianka on Clara's death certificate.
