In the 1939 census of Breslau Klara is listed at Charlottenstrasse 24, the same address as her brother Ludwig Gassmann and sister-in-law Johanna Magdalena Gassmann geb. Cohn.

Klara and Ludwig were deported from Breslau to Theresienstadt concentration camp on 26/07/1942.
