Moritz' wife Charlotte geb. Isaac died in Beuthen in October 1887. From 1889 several children were born in Beuthen to a Moritz Aufrichtig and Anna geb. Treumann; I have tentatively assumed this to be the same Moritz.

His daughter Emma's 1914 marriage certificate records that Moritz died in Ticahau, although he was last resident in Beuthen.
