Fraenkel and places his birth in Lublinitz in 1824-25. JRI-Poland has a record of the birth of Jacob Richter to Wolff Richter and Amalie geb. Gottlieb in 1825. Both sets of parents died in Lublinitz and would have been contemporaries.
