Known only from his marriage certificate which names his parents.

Leopold is not listed in the Breslau synagogue community address list (ca 1930) although his wife and son Richard are listed at Viktoriastrasse 51, so he probably died in the late 1920s or very early 1930s. His grave was being maintained by a Herr Nothmann of Viktoriastrasse 51 (presumably Richard) in June 1932.
