"Siegmund" on his death certificate, "Salomon" on his marriage certificate. In both cases his wife is named as Hedwig geb. Nothmann. I assume Siegmund and Salomon are his vernacular and Hebrew names respectively.

Siegmund Salomon's date of birth is given on the copy of his marriage certificate as 18.09.1857, while his sister Ernestine's date of birth is give as 17.09.1857 in her death certificate and 16.09.1857 in the transcription of her entry in the 1939 census. They were clearly twins and born within a day of 17.09.1857.
