Informant on her mother's death certificate at which time (1896) she lived in Myslowitz; her married name is given as Pollak.

A widowed Emma Pollack geb. Apt is listed in the Breslau synagogue community address list (ca 1930) at Alsenstrasse 93/95. This address housed some 42 adults, among them a Jeanette Pollack, born 09.05.1893.
