Johanna is listed in the Breslau synagogue community address list (ca 1930) as a widow living at Augustastrasse 37. She is listed in the 1939 census at Kleinburgstrasse 15.

Johanna was deported from Breslau to Theresienstadt concentration camp on 30.08.1942; she died less than two weeks later.
