Place of residence given as Lorrha when he married in Portumna; lived in Dominic Street, Portumna when he died.

Mr Williams, a neighbour whom we met in October 2015, remembers him working in the big store at Portumna Bridge where the flour and Guiness brought down from Dublin by canal and river were unloaded.
