My employee Max Nothmann died on the 28th of June 22 when he was carried away by a nefarious murderer. I lose a hard-working and reliable employee, whose memory I will always honour.

A terrible crime. A terrible crime was committed in the colony of Karol Emanuel. Maks Nothmann from Zabrze was the victim of the crime. Driving with furniture through the village, he was stopped by several bandits who dragged him to the house of a Liborkova trader. There they put a gag in his mouth, shot him in the head and smashed his skull. The corpse of such a hideous man was found on Thursday morning near the streetcar stop. Lack of ID, money and one boot was found.
