Hans and Gerhard were born in Oswiecim. An Ernst Schlesinger whose dates and circumstances appear to fit what is known of Fanny's husband, was buried in Kattowitz in 1912. At the time of Hans' death (1918) Fanny was living in Breslau at Auguststrasse 84. The Breslau synagogue address list of ca 1930 shows Fanny and her son Albert at the same address; it gives her date of birth as 28/10/1865 whereas her death certificate gives 28/10/1864.
