Described as a Gastwirth (innkeeper) when his daughter married in 1861, he invested in coal mines in Myslowitz.

Loebel's death registration


His death registration gives his date of death and says that he died aged 68, so he was born 1790-1791. His gravestone was discovered during the restoration of the Jewish cemetery in Myslowitz.
