Edith is recorded in the 1939 census of Berlin under her married name at Leibnizstrasse 42; with her sister Paula. A note on her birth certificate records a subsequent marriage in 1941, registered in Berlin-Charlottenburg.

Edith was deported from Berlin to Auschwitz concentration camp on 01.03.1943, Paula followed two days later.
