Notes

The Deutsches Biographisches Jahrbuch for 1922 says that Karl Borinski's estate belongs to the widow Johanna Czwicklitzer of Ratibor, Oberwallstr. 34. This suggests that Johanna remarried. AC, a son-in-law of Ludwig Borinski confirms that Karl Czwiklitzer was Johanna's second husband.



Carl and Johanna are listed in the 1939 census of Ratibor at Niedertorstrasse 2, an address they shared with several Goldberg family members, including Hermann Goldberg.
