At the time of the 1939 census Wilhelm was living in Dresden at Strehlener Str. 2 with Johanna Aufrichtig geb. Auerbach, widow of Zorkowsky, born in Tarnowitz on 06.02.1887.

Wilhelm and Johanna were deported from Dresden to Theresienstadt concentration camp on 11.08.1942.
