Named in daughter Olga's 1895 marriage certificate and in daughter Else's 1900 marriage certificate as Johanna geb. Freund but whereas Johanna is living at the time of Olga's marriage, she is dead by the time of Else's marriage. In fact, according to her death certificate she died in 1893.
