Mrs. Selma Malinowitzer, née Brüll, in Katowice, Querstraße 12, has applied for the proclamation of the savings book of the Katowice District Savings Bank No. 12624 for 315.00 marks, issued to Mrs. Selma Malinowitzer in Katowice, which was allegedly stolen from her in a burglary. The owner of the book is requested to register his rights and to present the savings book no later than the proclamation date set for April 19, 1907, 12 noon, in the undersigned court, Room 3, otherwise it will be declared invalid.Katowice, December 21, 1906.
