Named on Ernest's US Declaraion of Intention as his son. His mother is not named, but is assumed to be Maragarete geb. Spicker to whom Ernest had been married for 13 months at the time of his birth.



Allan emigrated with his father to the US in 1939 and lived in Texas during WWII. They both adopted the surname Frank, derived from Ernst's prior use of the surname Franken.

Allan and Gloria are buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Arlington County, Virginia, USA.
