From the list of Frederike's family members in her death notice, which appears to be chronological, Tina would have been married to Isaak Perl.

Isaak Perl and Tinka geb. Beuthner (born 23/05/1869) are listed in the Breslau synagogue community address list (ca 1930) at Paradiesstrasse 11 along with Martha born 30/04/1900 who I assume too be their daughter. Isaak was a widower when he died, so Tina must have died between about 1930 and 1936.
