- 1845: born 29.11.1800 at Polperro; first went to sea as an apprentice 1819; resides at Sunderland; age 45y when ticketed; cannot write; 5' 2.5", brown hair, hazel eyes, dark complection.
- various ships December 1835 to December 1847.
Admitted into Sunderland's Trafalgar Square Seamans' Home August 1845 with an eye injury sustained 31.07.1845 aboard "Brother".
Died aboard "Elizabeth" on passage from N. America.
