Heinz (Henry) Gruenberger
| Notes At the time of the 1939 census Heinz was living in Breslau at Elsasser Strasse 7; he is the only occupant listed at the address within the source. In the Breslau synagogue community address list (ca 1930), the address is occupied by a Salo Gruenberger born 08.02.1874. Salo's relationship to Heinz (if any) is not known; he would appear not to be Heinz's uncle, who was born 09.03.1873. Heinz obtained a passport in 1940 and emigrated initially to Palestine; he subsequently emigrated to the USA in 1947, settling in Los Angeles under the anclicised names Henry Gorden and and Henry Gordon.
